Claim reporting

Please report all marine claims immediately, by one of the following methods:

When reporting the incident be prepared to supply a report of claim or the following information:

  1. Policy number
  2. Contact person information (name, address, phone, etc.)
  3. Nature of incident
  4. Name of persons, vessels, and/or equipment involved
  5. Date of incident
  6. Status of incident at time of reporting
  7. Names of any surveyor, agency or authority notified, and whether they are conducting any investigation
